T Ford Company, Inc is seeking a full time equipment operator. This job is for a person who enjoys interesting and challenging work, can contribute to a team, and enjoys the rewards of hard work. The position is year-round and will include both private and public (prevailing wage) work. The following are the minimum qualification requirements:

Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. CDL license is a plus.
MA Hoisting License 2A
DOT Medical Card
5 years’ experience operating backhoes, excavators, loaders and related equipment including excavating near underground utilities and structures
Knowledge and experience with proper operation and preventative maintenance of heavy equipment

Must have the ability to lift, push or pull 70 pounds, climb heavy equipment, bend and kneel and to traverse uneven terrain. Job includes work out of the equipment as needed to complete the tasks with fellow crew members. High School diploma (or equivalent)
Be able to read, write and speak the English language
Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends as needed on occasion
Ability to commute to job sites within 60 miles /- of Georgetown, MA
Ability to occasionally stay out of Town when required (Per Diem provided)
Reliable Transportation

Ability to obtain OSHA 10 hr Safety Training
Ability to obtain OSHA 40 hr HAZWOPER Training
